Questions veterans ask us
Can't see your question here? Give us a call and we'll talk it through.
0493 367 109Is there really no cost with a Gold Card?
Yes. With a current DVA Gold Card and a D904 referral from your GP, your podiatry is billed directly to DVA. There's nothing to pay on the day.
What is a D904 referral?
It's the standard DVA form GPs use to refer veterans to allied health services like podiatry. Ask for a "D904 referral to podiatry" at your next appointment.
Can a family member book for me?
Of course. Partners, children and carers often call on someone's behalf, and you're welcome to have them with you during the visit.
What do I need to have ready?
A comfortable chair, good light and your Gold Card. We bring everything else, including sterilised instruments.
Do you see patients without a DVA card?
Yes. We also see private patients at home for all of our treatments. Call us to talk about a visit.
