Meet the team

The Mobile Foot Clinic is a team of AHPRA-registered podiatrists visiting veterans and other patients at home across Sydney, the Illawarra and the Central Coast, with a focus on DVA Gold Card holders.

Daniel Dalirazar

Founder and Principal Podiatrist

Daniel founded The Mobile Foot Clinic so that veterans could get the foot care they're entitled to without the trip to a clinic. He leads the team's clinical care and reviews the guides on this website.

  • Master of Podiatric Medicine and Bachelor of Health Science, Western Sydney University
  • Registered podiatrist, Podiatry Board of Australia
  • Member, Australian Podiatry Association (NSW)
  • Over seven years in practice

Why a mobile clinic

Daniel started The Mobile Foot Clinic after seeing how hard it was for many patients, especially older veterans, to get to a clinic. Transport, parking, stairs and waiting rooms all get in the way, and foot problems often go untreated as a result. Bringing the clinic to people's homes removes those barriers.

Working with veterans

Most of our patients are DVA Gold Card holders. The team knows DVA referrals, treatment cycles and reporting to GPs, and takes care of that side of things so patients and families don't have to. Read how DVA podiatry at home works.

How we work

  • Visits are unhurried, with time to talk through any concerns
  • Every treatment is explained before it starts, and nothing happens without your consent
  • Family members and carers are welcome to be there
  • Findings are shared with your GP when it helps your care, with your permission
